Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

1. Acceptance

By using LoveLetterly, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

LoveLetterly lets you create, customize, and share digital letters with password protection, music, and scheduled delivery.

3. Lab Experiments

Features under /lab ("Lab") are experimental and provided as is. They may be changed, merged, or retired at any time, and no permanent availability is promised for Lab features or the links they generate while they remain in the Lab. Any login, wallet, membership, or checkout flow inside a Lab feature is a standalone demo with no real charges and no connection to the main site’s accounts or payments. When a feature graduates from the Lab to a fully released feature, the availability commitments stated in its description take effect from the graduation date.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use LoveLetterly for phishing, spam, harassment, illegal content, or deceptive link redirection.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to your content. We never use it for AI training or advertising.

6. Copyright

You represent that you own or have rights to any content you upload.

7. Third-Party Music Links

Background music is embedded from third-party platforms (e.g. YouTube, SoundCloud) via their official embed players. We do not host, copy, or redistribute their audio or video. The built-in music library, by contrast, is hosted by us: its tracks use royalty-free or licensed audio from sources such as Pixabay Audio, and you may use them in letters on this site. You represent that any music link you attach to a letter is publicly available and embeddable. We do not guarantee the availability of third-party music links: a track may become unavailable if the platform or the uploader removes it or disables embedding.

8. Limitation of Liability

LoveLetterly is provided "as is" without warranties.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
