## What to put in the middle

The middle is the heart of your letter. Cover any or all of these:

A specific memory

What you love about them

How they've changed your life
> "Before you, I [x]. Now I [y]. You made me better."

A challenge you overcame together

What you're grateful for

## The closing

End with warmth. Match the tone of your letter.

- "Forever yours, [Name]"
- "All my love, [Name]"
- "Yours always, [Name]"
- "Can't wait to see you. Love, [Name]"

## What NOT to write

- ❌ Don't apologize for writing — "Sorry if this is silly"
- ❌ Don't compare them to exes — ever
- ❌ Don't make it about what they can do for you
- ❌ Don't over-edit until it sounds like a greeting card

## The formula
